Founder of Vitality Wellness Clinic
Kimberly Wingard, MSN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience. I am passionate about helping adults achieve lasting mental wellness through compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized care.
I believe meaningful healing begins with feeling heard. I take the time to understand each patient's unique experiences, challenges, and goals, recognizing that mental health is influenced by far more than symptoms alone. My approach considers the connection between emotional well-being, physical health, sleep, nutrition, hormones, stress, relationships, and lifestyle to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term wellness.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, and other mental health conditions. I thoughtfully tailor treatment plans to each individual, and they may incorporate medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and evidence-informed integrative strategies when appropriate.
I am dual board-certified in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health and am currently completing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, with an anticipated graduation in August 2026. I am also beginning an Integrative Psychiatry Fellowship, reflecting my commitment to lifelong learning and to delivering the highest-quality, evidence-based mental health care.
As the founder of Vitality Wellness Clinic, I created a practice where patients feel welcomed, respected, and actively involved in their care. I believe the strongest therapeutic relationships are built on trust, collaboration, and open communication. You can expect a thoughtful, compassionate approach that emphasizes education, shared decision-making, and personalized care at every step.
My mission is to empower every patient with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to improve their mental health, build resilience, restore balance, and create a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Sarikka Campbell, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting mental wellness through personalized treatment plans that address the biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors influencing mental health.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Texas Woman's University and bring a strong background in behavioral health across inpatient, outpatient, and specialty psychiatric settings. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.
I believe in a comprehensive, whole-person approach to mental health care that combines medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle optimization, and evidence-based integrative strategies. I work collaboratively with patients to identify treatment approaches that support both symptom improvement and overall well-being, recognizing that mental health is influenced by many interconnected aspects of life.
I have a special interest in helping patients who have not achieved adequate relief with conventional treatments alone. I offer innovative treatment options, including Spravato® (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression, while also incorporating evidence-based complementary approaches when appropriate to support overall mental health and treatment outcomes.
Known for my warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental style, I strive to create a safe environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to help individuals build resilience, improve functioning, and achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their mental health and quality of life.
